Refund Date for tournament: May 15, 2008 Juniors withdrawing from tournaments requiring an Electronic Preference Sticker (IJGA Regional’s and YDP Events) before the Full Refund Date will receive a full refund as your credit card will not be charged. The Full Refund Date is four weeks prior to the day of the tournament. Once the Full Refund Date for an event has passed, but it is still two weeks before the event date, juniors withdrawing from an event will receive a refund minus a $25 Processing Fee per event. If a junior withdraws from an event within two weeks of the event, no refund will be issued
All IJGA Events filled on a First-Come, First-Served basis will not have an associated refund date for the tournament. Credit Cards are automatically charged upon acceptance into the event. Therefore all refunds requested before two weeks of the event will be granted with a $25 Processing Fee per event. Any withdrawal requested within two weeks of the event date will not be subject to refund.
