The Medinah Country Shrine fundraising event for Shriner's Children Hospitals that runs concurrently with the IJGA afternoon shotgun on famed Medinah CC Course #3 has limited space still available. If you are interested in participating in the 41st Annual Shriners Charity Golf Tournament, individual registration is $625 and foursome registration is $2,500. 36 hole Individual Stroke Play Event.
The Medinah Country Shrine Jr Invitational is an invitation only event and is based upon the previous year achievements. There are two divisions within the event: Boys (14-18) and Girls (14-18). This preseason event offers AJGA Exemptions and Junior Golf Scoreboard recognition.
The event will be filled on a first come, first served basis, and are only open to those players on the TPS Exempt Players list. 99 player max field size.
NOTE: THE IJGA WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE MEDINAH CC MEMBERSHIP, STAFF AND THE MEDINAH COUNTRY SHRINE FOR ALLOWING THE EXPANSION OF THE JUNIOR INVITATIONSAL FIELD SIZE TO 120. PLAYERS WILL BE ADDED FROM THE WAIT LIST IN ORDER OF REGISTRATION RECEIVED. |

ATTENTION ALL SPECTATORS:
As guests of Medinah Country Club for the event we wish to inform spectators about the Medinah Dress Code listed below. Players, you are ultimately responsible for informing your spectators of the following guidelines for the day:
GENERAL
Dress code policies apply to all adults, children, and guests. Jeans or denim material of any color is NOT ALLOWED on the Club premises by any person. All hats worn on club premises must be worn beak forward.
GOLF COURSE
Proper attire on our golf courses, Practice Range, and all putting greens is expected to conform in style to that which is sold in the Medinah Golf Shop. Proper attire includes collared golf shirts (ladies must have a collar or sleeves), sweaters, Medinah Golf Shop-style pullovers, jackets, slacks, golf shorts which are similar in style to walking and/or Bermuda shorts of an appropriate and tasteful length, and suitable golf footwear. All golf shoes shall have non-penetrating spikes. Some clothing items not
permitted on the Golf Courses, Practice Range and Putting Greens are tee shirts, undershirts, athletic/sweat shirts, sweat suits, cutoffs, running shorts, short shorts,
tennis attire, swimming attire, halter tops, fishnet tops, tank tops, and jean or denim material of any color.

PLAYERS: Please note that a lunch buffet will be provided for all players FREE of charge, compliments of Medinah Shrine Jr Invitational in between rounds.
SPECTATORS: Please note that lunch is not provided for spectators, but may be purchased for $20.00 a plate per spectator inside the club. Please bring exact change. |
